& attending your appointment.

• Make sure to read through our policies thoroughly before booking & your appointment.

• I understand that unforeseen things may happen and all I ask is that you give at least 2 days' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation/rescheduling made without 2 days' notice will require 50% of the services paid for.

• Please arrive at your appointment on time - if you are more than 15 minutes late I will consider this as a no-show/cancellation & you will be required to pay the full amount of the service.

• You must arrive with clean lashes & no makeup around the eye area (mascara/eyeliner) or you will be charged a cleaning fee of $30.

• Please do not drink caffeine before your appointment as it can make your eyes flutter when you try to relax at your appointment.

• Under no circumstances do I offer refunds after the services have been completed. I aim to deliver beautiful, perfectly hand-crafted neat lash sets & if for some reason you aren't 100% happy with the finished look, please let me know within 2 days so I can rectify the issue.
